What a total tool!!!! trying to overtake a line of traffic into on-coming traffic because we were going through road works at enforced speed limit of 40mph. The worse thing was the child in the passenger seat, scared to death. Obviously he has no respect for anyone else’s life nor that of the child. He nearly side swiped a small black car off the road trying to get in before he was hit head on by a large pick-up truck. I wished I had called the police to report him, but I feel they are too busy and short staffed.........
