11 seconds into the footage the cyclist starts to pull onto the white road markers.
The road markings are 4 meters long I counted 9 white road markings before the cyclist even got to the car, that is 36 meters plus the gaps between the marking at 2 meters, so I counted 9, so 9 x 2=18, so a total of 54 meters, so why did he pull out on a fast moving car that he saw in his mirror?
Here is why, the cyclist was just looking for a reaction from the driver, and got one so now he tries to make the driver look bad for overtaking, when in reality the cyclist could have just let the driver pass without any reaction. Cyclist got what he was looking to get......YouTube footage.
Terrible attitude for any driver to have, he deliberately swerved towards a man narrowly missing him. Had the pedestrian not jumped out of the way the driver would have hit him. Preston New Road Friday 6th January 2017
