Noticed this young lad in Buckingham town, reckon he works there. Wheel spinning everywhere and reving his car for no reason. This young lad should not have a licence.

I see a lot of comments on here about people being tailgated on dual carriageways. I cant help but think these people are just arrogant irresponsible lane hoggers who take it upon themselves to be the vigilantes of the road to enforce speed limits which were introduced 40-50 years ago when cars took longer to stop and had a quarter of the safety measures available on todays cars such as abs etc.
I really hope these nuisances to the right hand lane would just get a bus pass and use the other menace to the roads we pay so much to use - bus lanes.
