This shit-stain in an Astra parked up on- top of a junction, on double yellows and on the pedestrian crossing right in front of a doctors/pharmacy. Had to take my wife (recovering from C-section) and 4 day old baby over the grass, down the curb and through the traffic that was backed up around them (luckily they were kind and made it easy). All whilst their smack-head kid was sat in the passenger seat gawping.
