Congratulations to this year's outright winner of selfish so and so. Not content with parking in parent and toddler without a child, has to take up 2 lanes. I mean credit where it's due, it wasn't a little selfish they went the whole way.

This driver is sadly still on the roads. Saw him today on his phone at a green light he held up traffic for at least five seconds, completely oblivious.... And of course saw him on his phone again at the next lights where he saw me check out his number plate (while we were stationary) and promptly honked his horn (I was on a bike).
Doesn't seem big enough to report it to police though sadly as it seems like it is a lot of hassle.

This driver was driving around using no indicators at all, they made several turns down different roads and never used an indicator.
