I know him. Drunk drove 3 times which I know of while his eldest daughter was in the car with him she's about 11. Plus always high and I dnt think he knows the new law which is don't smoke wiv kids in da car

Lives a few streets away, always smoking while driving with a child in the car. He's also a very bad driver. Car accident waiting to happen.
