Strange and dangerous driving, firstly overtakes a cyclist and nearly knocks them off when moving in because of a bollard, then drives very slowly after overtaking the cyclist for the second time, and then when overtaken overtakes the overtaking car nearly having a head on - I think they were pissed.

If the elderly driver of this black jag ever passed his driving test I would be astonished. In the space of about a mile, he almost caused 3 accidents, gestured obscenely at 2 different vehicles, including me when I honked the horn at him pulling out of a side road without warning or giving way. Seriously bad driver.
