Stupid tinted rear lights. Why anyone would decide to make their brake lights dimmer must be pretty dim themselves.

drives along the Mall while texting and swerving all over the place. When I asked him to put his phone down, he deliberately swerved into me telling me to mind my own business. Dangerous. Should not be on the road.
