This driver crashed into the back of my gf's car. Refused to give insurance details. When my gf started writing down this womans reg plate she physically grabbed my gf by the arm ( she quickly let go when advised this was not in her best interests.) this was in the Refcar area. Also this was at a roundabout wgere my gf's car was motionless.

Piss poor parking, no consideration for other road users. Constantly oblivious to other road users. Speeds above 30 in residential areas. Should not be allowed on the roads
