Routinely parks on steep hill blocking pavement on a steep hill, partially blocking road. Rubbish lorry has difficulty passing, also local traffic. Every one else parks neatly on the other side of the road, this taxi driver cannot be bothered. Very dangerous on a steep hill especially when snow and ice
He is possibly the reason the hill wasn't gritted in recent bad weather. Complaint will made to the licensing authority.

This taxi driver and his [assenger were giving me the heebie jeebies when i caught them eyeballing my young daughter in the back of my car so i took a snapshot of them, i see they have been posted on here already SUPRISE SUPRISE!

This (blind) driver moved down from the pavement, as he parked his car on my way to called, who I believed to be his concubine, and soaked me and my friend with his 2 left wheels on St.George Place near Badham Pharmacy in Cheltenham. He then drove for 50 yards before making a u-turn, which made I expected to receive apology, but he just speeded away with any sign of tragic or realised the mistake. However, I managed to recorded the plate from that dark land rover, drove by a peasant.

Absolute nutter! I can't believe this driver has ever passed a driving test in his life. If it was up to me he would be serving a prison term.

Total idiot. Nearly caused a head on crash today overtaking me in the dark on a corner. Utter prat and had to brake hard to let him in before he took out either me or the car coming the other way. I have video evidence of this but not sure how to report it. Any ideas welcome. ? Thanks.
