This driver chose to take off several seconds before green came on to cut into a lane he/she was not originally on at the junction, later swerved into oncoming lane while changing lanes on approach to roundabout. All in dark, rainy and windy conditions in a city with roads full of cyclists. Just to save seconds?

Another ICE post but with a slightly more positive outcome.
I was charging my car at our local Tesco when this guy drives up and park his diesel car in an empty charging slot. My car is the one behind his Audi. Tesco parking control is contracted to Parking Horizons so I wrote to them:
"I was charging my Electric car at Tesco Congleton on 8th January around 13.00 and a non electric car drove up and parked in an adjacent bay. I told the driver it was a charging only bay and he simply ignored me and walked off into the shop. One of your Horizon Parking guys watched all of this and did nothing, he just stood there. Is there a policy for penalising non- electric cars parking in electric parking bays?
I have a photograph of the vehicle in the electric bay if required."
This is the response
"Dear Mr Hughes,
Thank you for your email and I am sorry to hear of your experience within the Tesco Congleton car park.
As part of Tesco nationwide Electric Vehicle Bay rollout, new signage is being introduced across the stores that will allow enforcement of said bays.
However, your feedback is extremely important to us therefore I have duly passed your comments on to our Regional Manager who will liaise with our local operative to ensure we are doing all we can on site to deter this abuse.
Thank you again for taking the time to contact us regarding this matter.

Me, being a learner, was dangerously overtaken by this driver, not fun in the slightest, i had L plates and everything,

Black VW golf decided to simply pull out of the side street and almost hit me. No idea if if was on purpose or not. My headlight was on so clearly visible.
