This is probably someone with too much time on their hands, scouring the Internet to try and wind people up by using pictures from the social media profiles. For all we know the person in this picture could be unaware someone is using their photo.
Also took a big risk with the cyclist, who was in front on a single carriage preparing to over-take a stationary bus. Therefore as far as I'm concerned the cyclist had priority and is also a vulnerable road user. And yet when I go from 4 wheels to 2 I lose count how many times this situation is repeated..over-taking an over-taking carriage and then wondering why they get pissed off.
I think the cyclist in this video was in a poor position from the outset. Their view and thinking distance is almost non-existent. They should have taken primary to improve both AND to deter drivers like this from pulling stupid moves. Yes, the cyclist was forced further left, but come on man..you're suddenly weaving around the bus and you can't see what's coming - what if it had been another bus? What if the kids coming off the bus look once and you're not there, then all of a sudden you approach? Bang.
Also this. I'm through asking why some people will jump off a bus and stupidly walk in front of it, instead of walking behind and waiting, or just waiting full stop. Anything to get a better field-of-view. It's NOT worth the risk!
And I think this video is an excellent example of how quickly and how easily dangerous situations like this can arise.
