During Covid19 lockdown after 700 people died including nurses decided to drive to Welford and walk their dog. THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL. Everyone else is at home.

Just some poor person in a white Vauxhall van tailgating cars he can’t afford when he also can’t afford the bump to his insurance premium that an accident would result in.
