The driver of this car is under the impression he is a member of the Scarborough lifeboat crew. That's the only possible explanation for him parking in space reserved for crew and clearly marked RNLI. If there had been an energency call, his'her selfish actions could have cost lives as a crew member would have been unable to park.

Driver doing burn out in car park nearly hitting cars and tubby friend filming it. Disregard for a female driver reversing who he nearly hit then stared out. Tried covering his numberplate with fake one but this security camera caught it.
