Pulled around another driver USING THE PAVEMENT, then after that, they pulled out into a main road and we were able to get infront of her and she still proceeded to try to get around us and pulled onto the pavement when there was a public town event. Then she got her children to do various innapropriate hand motions toward us.

Speeding (if I'm doing the speed limit) then what must you be doing?
And if you didn't use your mobile phone whilst driving and holding up traffic at the lights then you might not need to boot it or speed
