Wow, just seen this little man explode in Lincoln after what looked like a nothing incident, the guy he was talking to was very calm - and clearly could have put him on his arse! Very aggressive old little man, who was racing round the car park like he was possessed or had been drinking. People like this shouldn't have a license

Driver decided to overtake on a single lane road, just before traffic lights. Then get out of his car at traffic lights, leaving his car running, to run to a bin. He then returned.to his car and peeled off without seatbelt.

This driver should be taken off the road as it was close to flattening a 15 year old! I was on a scooter and was on the path, the next min there was a van parked on the path which was doing some work to a house, there was stones on the path so i couldnt ride on the path so i looked left and right and there was no cars. I go on the road and a car was slowed up behined me. Then it went to over take me and there were no cars on the oposite of the road so she could give me enough room to over take. She got so close to me the i felt the wing mirror brush my blazer. When she went past she shouted abuse at me and i got her number plate.
