Do the police not see the car failing to give way? What about driving on the opposite side of the road to yell abuse/lies at a vulnerable road user? These aren't fallacies..they're clearly shown, on video. I wouldn't settle for community "resolution" or any form of milking crime statistics: I'd start with a gofundme for a private prosecution and I'd also complain about the above, to the IPCC. Prick drivers take note: just because you might think you can get way with blue murder..doesn't mean you can. Those days are long gone.
