........so the cyclist is blameless? I think not. He adopted the centre of the road way before he should’ve in order to turn right. Why? Because he knew the black car was coming up behind him and so goaded the driver in to a confrontation! Unfortunately, the driver was stupid enough and took the bait.
But then who’s screaming like a child and punching the vehicle when he instigated the whole thing? You guessed it.....cycle boy! Muppets. The lot of them.
Driver clearly would get his arse kicked by Ralph Macchio with two broken legs when he was aged 7. He puts stickers on his car so clearly still lives with his mum. He sulks when she doesn't serve him the correct brand of frozen pizza. He's never kissed a girl.
If you're riding a scooter on the pavement, and something is preventing you from scooting further - DO NOT just decide to use the road.
get off the scooter and WALK on the pavement.
If you had been run over, it would likely have been put down as the fault of the driver, when in reality it would have been your own stupidity in failing to preserve your own life.
Get back to school, listen to your teachers and for god's sake, child, look before you leap.
