Do not stop for people like this. It's his problem, not your's. Find a busy area with CCTV and ignore him. If he stops/touches/assaults you, knock his teeth into yesterday, then file an assault charge against him.
I am not a violent person and I do not go out looking for trouble, but people like him only seem to understand one language and nobody should take chances on his account. For all you know he could have had a weapon or weapons.
Seems he's already committed several offenses in this video and will only make matters worse for him if he proceeds.
I would also advise getting a horn. Let the horn do the talking..it makes it harder for them to try and wriggle out of anything they intend to do. And I'm saying all this as a road user, irrespective of my mode of transport. Had he done that to another driver there would have been a good chance they'd react the same way - HIS error, HIS problem. HIS responsibility to grow the hell up and act like a man instead of an over-grown brat looking for trouble.
Shocked at how the driver was driving this morning, I usually don’t write comments like this but the driver is a real danger to all drivers on the road. I want to help, put drivers like him off the road!!!
Began picking a fight with an innocent motorist this morning. Instead of acknowledging his error he began to bully the victim, during which he decided to attempt and break the victims side mirror. This guy does not deserve a license as he is a danger to other motorists.
