As long as it is parked according to tlaw, taxed, insured, mot noting wrong with it. A 14 plate merc? The council won't even go near it, it's a new car. And what if someone's gone on holiday?

site admins should address this flaw - if a new subsequent incident is published we should be allowed a 2nd or subsequent vote
