Seen this guy In Cornwall today and completely agree with the other comments he was going 25 in a 40 causing a long tailback as he was driving down a narrow country road not acceptable at all!
The amount of comments on this reg doesn't surprise me in the slightest. When pulling out of Tesco express I heard grinding of 1st gear and saw no indication, the female in the passenger looked rather embarrassed. Either his gearbox is on the way out or he doesn't know how to drive to a good standard.

No lights on (in the dark).
No sense of direction.
