What makes me laugh is that he believes he's in the right when he overtook him. Like if the biker was a car would you overtake that close or overtake at all. Idiot.
Sits blocking a residential road, engine and lights on, yapping away on his phone for a good 15 minutes then reverses out onto main road and drives away.
Clearly (doing a bad job of) observing a property on the street.
Almost caused a crash by trying to overtake a bus and was pulling out of a stop. Then proceeded to follow said bus and block it from pulling out of its next stop and shout at the driver.
Attempted to park his Audi on a street in Chelmsford (approx 1845 18/03/15). Reversed into fiesta, damaged it's bumper and drove off
