So....
I was parked for over 20 minutes while sorted out some drops to transfer to the van.
Until this stupid bint turned up, gave me a real dirty look and went into her house she's parked against.
We all like our cars outside but to double park is selfish and we ended up moving both vehicles to allow a few cars to pass.

BD55BFO grey Cherokee Jeep, driven aggressively from the dual carriageway at Monmouth, over the mini roundabout by the Shell petrol station, and at high speed through the bottom of town towards Rockfield. The DVLA website says the car is registered SORN, so should not even be being driven on a public road, let alone pushing their way through on roundabouts and driving at excess speed in a residential area The matter of being declared SORN and driven on the road has been reported to DVLA.
