Operator of vehicle using mobile device while controlling the vehicle and harshly accelerating on a country road. Anybody else would be receiving a Section 59 for driving in the same manor and the operator using a mobile device makes the situation a lot more worse and more dangerous. Should not be allowed on the public roads if they believe it is appropriate to drive in that manor and post it over social media

I was driving through Clifton Village (west of Preston near Salwick) which is a 20 zone and this Jaguar driver came speeding up behind me then tried to intimidate me with his tailgating tactics. Upon approach the 60 zone from the 30 zone there were vehicles coming so BK53JPO decides to accelerate to over 60 in the 30 zone to get past before being blocked by oncoming traffic although he didn’t heave much space.
He then turned right on Deepdale Lane towards Lea Town.
A typical pervy driver in a car too big for their intelligence.

A6 Lancaster Garstang area.
Doesn’t give way at junctions or roundabouts. From a distance the D looked like a B as it had some mark or nut on the number plate. Maybe this was intentional to avoid detection as ones who drive badly like this try to go by undetected and get away with it.

This was one of many cars being driven off Church Road onto Ash Drive, Warton onto the A584 (Lytham Road) because motorists were too impatient to wait at the traffic lights.
This is an access only area, not a shortcut for impatient motorists.
Knob in a Peugeot 207 coming off Pointer Roundabout, no hands on steering wheel, left hand cupping his fag & right hand trying to light it.
Right when we've had an icy week on the roads. What a bellend.
