I though the old white van man thing was behind us, then this pillock appears. Let me just say... It shouldn't have a licence. Pissed? Asleep? Brain dead? Probably all 3!!!
First off runs a red light. Later on near Lancs Uni this driver has been doing the speed limit just fine but when the lanes split in to 2 (s)he pulls in the right lane & drops the speed to about 35mph.
I think maybe they'll turn off at the uni but no they carry on, overtaking absolutely nothing at all because they've reduced their speed.
I maintain speed & am now level with their rear bumper. The 2 lanes are about to go back to 1 lane & this driver then floors it & pulls back across.
