Negotiated two roundabouts with no indicators. Then starts joining motorways from slip road but doesn’t indicate until partially into lane one and even then just two flashes of their indicator. Even worse when they go to overtake. Almost halfway into lane and then indicates but with only one flash!

More dodgy folk in the Preston area driving illegally.
Now has MOT but no tax. Tax ran out Jan 2023. MOT expired April 2024 & they didn't get it MOTd again until August 2025 despite using it throughout.
