Seen driving recklessly around the KT13&KT14 areas. Cutting up cars, driving at 60 in a 40, making illegal turns and passes. Appeared to have a child in the back. Reported to the police for dangerous driving.

This van parks on the pavement at the junction of a narrow residential street every Saturday morning making access difficult for the residents. You are supposed to park at least 10 meters from a junction and not on the pavement. 2 illegal tyres as well.
