This idiot drove his white van along the pavement, then subsequently dumped it over double yellows COMPLETELY blocking the pavement for pedestrians because he couldn't be bothered to drive 200 yards up the road to the *FREE* car park. He then got out, pitched a temporary football net, and played football with two other men with a total disregard for the fact young children and buggies are about.
As a result parents had to walk in the road against oncoming traffic.

This motorway maintenance van is on the M4 heading west and is driving like a total idiot. He swerved deliberately at us when we were in the outside lane and undertook us. It was very scary and we have our 7 year old grandson in the car. Maybe he has been drinking or something but the company that employs him should seriously consider their options
