Definitely on drugs or drink. Swerving all over the place last night in Swiss Cottage. Honking at everyone. Taking up two lanes then getting annoyed when someone is driving in a lane. Should have been booked.

Doesn't pay attention to the road, looks back and talks to woman behind him the whole time and when told to look at the road he says "I'll drive slower so you're not nervous" making passengers late.
Complaint was filed.
2nd encounter he tells the whole bus that one of the passengers (the one who complained) was molesting a woman last time he was on the bus.

What a prize idiot, decided his progress was far more important with complete and utter disregard for safety. Simply played the roulette knowing i would be forced to either take evasive action or elect to stand my ground thus causing an accident due to use of wrong lane. Absolute lunatic, sadly as a respectable driver I had no choice to swerve risking damage to my vehicle but would have loved to teach him a lesson. Bully- fact
