Old clown just bumps trying to park then gets out shouting at the wall, doesn't park in lines, doesn't pay for parking. Then when he gets back he opens his door takes a piss right in front of me then throws all his rubbish out on the floor and leaves.

Was turned 10pm & what looked like a young idiot was the only one driving around without any lights on. Both car & upstairs.
