Your average toddlers would have much more forward-thinking ability than this idiot. Doing over 20mph coming up to these shops, they overtake and *within 3 seconds* are indicating to cut in and park. Just WAIT and pull in behind??? What is so difficult about this?

Backed out of his parking space at an angle, scraped all down the car parked next to him, he stopped when he heard the crunch, but then turned into the other car more, then drove off without leaving a note!
