i wonder what on earth could be distracting you from noticing the light has gone green, so much so that it takes a cyclist honking at you for you to realise you've been sat still for 6 seconds. Hmmmm. Your hand.... touching the phone. Its actually 6 points for that still. Doesnt matter if its in a cradle. You touch it at all with keys in ignition and not parked up, you've committed an offence.
