Hates being stuck in traffic, decides to manouvre into oncoming traffic on multiple occasions, to avoid being stuck in queues, seeing doing that again because he was stuck in traffic due to an accident and thought that he could go onto the other side of the road in order to see what was going on when traffic was yet again coming towards him luckily no one moved into the gap he had left so he could get backin without having a massive accident

Any way to report this pillock for dangerous driving?
Goads other drivers to overtake him by slowing down to a crawl then flooring it when being overtaken.Did it to me and my van on an A road.Sped up from circa 30 mph when I signalled to overtake.He made sure there was oncoming traffic that wouldn't otherwise have been a problem if he'd kept to a crawl. I had to slam on and pull in behind him when I realised what he was trying to do to me.Seriously,what joy does it give to bellends like this to put other people's lives in danger by driving like an utter prick?
Any way the police would be interested before he kills someone?

Driver parked across entrance to driveway in Belgravia and refused to move when asked. Instead of apologising he stood and argued. Terrible attitude and inconsiderate. Was delivering a parcel but not sure which company he works for. Should be sacked.
