They were parked at Birmingham International station bus stop, with "buses only, no stopping" signs clearly visible

Oh dear, sudden flash storm on the motorway near Leicester, visibility was terrible and all cars slowed right down. This little prat revved right up behind us in the middle lane and then proceeded to flash us!!! The hail had passed within 2 minutes but this lack of understanding of how to behave in storms could get someone killed.
