G M Movement Delivery Services white van. Male driver, late 60s with grey hair and yellow teeth.
Tried to overtake on a mini roundabout entering a Tesco. Sure it's two lanes but use some basic common sense when your vehicle is clearly to wide and long.
Then proceeded to chase me around the carpark at speed and box me in to cry about it. This was during a school rush so lots of children and families walking.
Then he parks like this.
