This Peugeot White Van Man came charging down the A6 from Galgate towards Forton, tailgating and overtaking, crossing continuous white lines and doing about 70 in a 50 limit zone. He looked as if he was in a race or trying to get away - like you see on police pursuits.
He got held up by slower traffic ahead and oncoming traffic, eventually turned off along Station Lane by Thorpey’s.

Doesn't understand that a stop line at traffic lights means stop and instead decides the best place to stop is blocking a pedestrian crossing impeding pedestrians journeys
