This Mr Magoo almost caused 2 accidents in a matter of minutes.
Video 1, moves level with me in traffic then turns towards me so I had to slam on so he didn't hit me, there were literally mm between the cars.
Video 2, after a few dangerous undertakes he decides to change lane into a gap that wasn't there forcing a car to take avoiding action.
This moron shouldn't have a licence.

Silver Vauxhall. On the A1309 towards the M11 roundabout.
Driver doesn't know how to merge. Two lanes from the traffic lights merge into one lane here, with clear symbols on the road guiding cars in the right lane to merge left.
I was in the left hand lane, and allowed one car to merge in front of me, but this Vauxhall driver decides to drive alongside me on the right, instead of merging behind me, despite me already being ahead, almost causing a collision. The driver then has the audacity to sound the horn, even though I had priority.
