I encountered this driver today on the m5 northbound. The young driver was smoking a cigarette. Holding the steering wheel with just one hand, which in my opinion is completely reckless. To make matters worse, the driver threw his cigarette out of the window. The cigarette hit my windscreen. This is unnaceptable behaviour. I believe this driver should be banned from driving

Driver tried changing lanes on a roundabout and tried to drive into the side of me. He then proceeded to gesticulate giving the v sign and other obscene and odd gestures, letting people out of side roads (despite being so impatient to try causing an accident), then proceeded to drive in excess of the speed limit. Caught up later in traffic and I noted he performed more impatient moves by pulling out in front of another car on a round about. Don't know what was wrong with this driver.

Continuously drives around like an idiot around residential areas and schools, also noticed when he was parked up had seriously bald tyres.
