Where you met the obstruction there was two lanes mate, the desired one also occupied - you need to wait until the other lane is clear.

The driver of the dashcam car - “BK10 YAD” (white Mazda), was also in the wrong here...
Pulled out of the junction at the roundabout too soon by the looks of things... then when the little blue car pulled out (too soon, they should’ve waited, yes) the “cammer” should have instead slowed down, rather than weaving about at those dangerous speeds around a roundabout - a place where it is known accidents are far more likely to occur in the first place.
As someone also said on here - if you have the time to react by blaring on your horn, you should at least slow down sooner than that. Slow down.
