A female driver in Lancaster obviously with a level of status way above her intelligence level, was speeding in 20mph zones and tailgating vehicles in front.
She came down Quernmore Road (probably from the newly developed posh houses near the nutters hospital and young offenders institute), turned left into Wyresdale Road, went past Williamson Park, Coulston Road then Bowerham Road and Barton Road.
She was getting irate as she must have felt she had a right of entitlement to go faster but had to keep to the speed limit while harassing the driver in front.
A right of entitlement is a narcissistic trait associated with feelings of inferiority which such people try to hide - maybe this is why she tries to appear like Lady Muck.
If she has more money than sense then she is a bully and suffers from “Asshole Syndrome”; alternatively she could be one of the bullying type of officers employed in the institutions mentioned above.

Disturbingly close pass of a cyclist. Ridiculously dangerous, only saved by a last minute shoulder check (first image) before hitting the pinchpoint and some good braking.
