Clearly this bellend doesn't live in Bedminster as he doesn't realise that parking like a twat round really gets on the nerves of locals who are already at the mercy of a city council that has made the area south west of North Street an overflow car park for the Southville residents parking zone. Probably another one of the thick tradesmen who seem to be permanently working on the houses on the left hand side of Truro Road for the last decade.
