Pulled out on A2 nearly causing a crash. Then sits in fast lane on a249 dual carriageway doing 55 when no one's stopping him move to the slow lane causing a tail back for 4 miles.

Company Vehicle for Civil Construction Services. I witnessed the driver smoking canabis whilst leaning against the vehicle on a public road. He then entered the vehicle and drove (notably in excess of the speed limit) along a busy dual carriageway in Liverpool. 28/09/2018 at approx. 1200hrs.

This driver was seen speeding at 60mph on a speed limit indicator. They did not indicate when turning out of a nearby junction, and they were driving with one hand on the wheel, blasting music. Very dangerous driving.
