Encountered this idiot in Surbiton couple of days after you posted this - driving VERY fast (I've lived in Dubai ;) , weaving in and out and nearly flipped it. Found him later outside the fried chicken nr Kingston Uni. Reported him to the Met. He might pretend to be flash but he ain't got the cash to pay the tax.
