Another clown with no concept of a safe distance from the vehicle in front, clearly breaking the 40 mph speed limit.
Once I decided to pull over to let this clown by he sped up behind the car in front that was being held up by another slower vehicle.

Dangerous driver! Pulled out on my partners car, just missed hitting us because my partner swirved out of the way! He then never got out to check we was ok and just drove off!
