Woman driver who has pulled numerous dangerous manoeuvres. Was going to knock over 2 elderly couple whilst reversing then shouting abuse at another driver.
Tuebrook roundabout - intentionally in the right hand lane to go straight. Had plenty of time to get in lane. At the lights with queens drive swerves over to the middle lane without indicating and stops with a the entire car over the line, blocking the pedestrian crossing point and dangerously close to traffic coming down the drive. Then down Miurhead Avenue to the junction near norris green park at 60mph (this includes a small rise over the loop line which partically obstructs the road ahead) During this an idiot in the right hand lane matched hisnspeed, and neither made no attempt to slow or move out to pass cyclist. Then at the lights he goes into the right only hand turn lane and then goes straight when the light changes. Then watch him speed off down the 30mph road at 60mph.
Absolute idiot. If the police had witnessed this the bloke would have lost his licence and his joh given he had a taxi license plate. You are going to kill someone driving like that and the sooner you are off the road the better!
It's fraud isn't it. So the starting point is reporting it to the police and as if is a criminal offence, the police are under a duty to investigate.
If the police cannot assist due to lack of evidence then there are civil remedies. You need to commence civil proceedings but the costs you pay for the proceedings may exceed the value of the car - so is it worth it?
