Would it not have been more useful to take a photograph further back so we could see how close to your car he was parked? From that photo, it looks like he is parked within the parking bay lines. A zoomed in photograph of a car's reg plate doesn't really show much at all.
As my window was mid way down and ready to pull into the fast lane I heard an ear piercing loud noise, at first I thought Guinness works records were a tempting the "world's largest woppie cusion" it turned out to be what looked like an old battered silver shoe that was covered in stickers to mask its hideous age related scuffs. The driver sporting that 90s kid classic "TJ" look while pluming what I could only describe as a cloud of assorted fruits out his yellow and finger print stained windows, the noise combined with the poor soul of a cars 800cc engine and "max power" style mods made it impossible for me to reach my destination at my alloted time due to the cars 47mph black box.
Managed to hold the whole of the M60 up for 30 minutes while sat in the fast lane doing 56mph, I think his car must be broken because the exhaust was blowing and lots of fruity smoke was flying out the window. It had strange red wheels and the front ones were sat at a strange angle, I think the suspension must be broken too. Female passenger had a black eye and was crying a lot I think she needs relationship advice.
