The lunatic behind the wheels of this car needs to be banned! Hogged the fast lane of the motorway for almost 20 minutes doing at most 65mph causing fustration to cars behind that genuinely needed to overtake. Also swerving in and out of the lane he's in and you can take a guess why >>>> very little control of his vehicle as he looks around and behind waving his camera at other cars. Needs to be banned as he is an accident waiting to happen.
Report to the police ref: pointing what appears to be a gun? at people. Could be cash for crash merchant or something happened and they got the wrong person..
