Seen this girl recording while driving at over 50mph with her phone. Last night I saw her out driving, she was also speeding to 50 in a 30 zone, and again had her phone out.

Saw this car on 2 occasions in Manchester, noticed the "interesting" and unique license plate immediately. The owner drives about 50 mph on a 30 mph road lmao. Was not surprised to find out the owner was a drug dealer and got busted.
