Egotistical middle lane hogger who did not like the fact that a Corsa was overtaking their fancy car, and so sped up to prevent this from happening. Twice. Then kept slowing down as soon as said Corsa moved back into the middle lane.
Either stay at 70mph or get in the left lane where there's no cars, you knob.

Driven by a blonde lady presumably named Mel. Seems incapable of comprehending speeds over 35mph, perhaps she just enjoys looking at hedges.
