This person is by far the worst driver I have witnessed in the roads. He flew passed me at an estimated speed of about 60mph in a 30mph zone and then had to slam his brakes on for the give way sign in front. He then shot of in such a fashion, leaving tyre marks on the road. He is a danger to everyone on the road!

Pulls out of Broadway, Morecambe onto Marine Road East (promenade) at quite a speed without giving way to approaching vehicle and does about 40 along the promenade in the direction of town which is a 30 zone. So close in front of me I could read the registration.
Turns into Church Lane which is a little way before the roundabout for Lord Street
Learn how to stay in your lane when going around corners.
Alternatively (hard mode) learn to use your mirrors and look out of your windows to see if it is safe to move across to a different lane when going around the corner.
Racing through Galgate village. Wants to learn to slow down.
