The most ignorant driver I've ever came across. he was determined not to reverse back the way to let me pass even though I have right of way.
he decides to stop where he was, gets out and locks his car just so that he could go to collect a parcel from the post office, he doesn't give a damn to the fact that he is blocking the road in to blocks of flats where a lot of OAP's live.

Careful everyone - this historically incompetent and idiotic driver is now around Manchester too!
Had a run in today with him around 3pm in the Trafford area (jct of Upper Chorlton Road and Withington Road).
He was in the wrong lane (deliberately I suspect) and literally edged into the middle of the junction while the light was red, obstructing a poor elderly chap crossing the road in the process, and then cut across dangerously in front of me to go left and almost took me out when the lights went green.
What a waste of life! Utterly disgusting behaviour in the midst of a national crisis.
